I am a Washington, DC-based user experience designer with over 10 years of experience helping businesses bring innovative products to life.

With a background as both a Product Analyst and a Senior UX Designer, I enjoy working on projects to solve complex problems through creative solutions designed for users.

People-Focused

Designing a product or service that is centered around people's needs is a key component of my design process. I believe in speaking with people throughout the design process, both before and after initial designs.

Business-Aware

Including multi-disciplinary partners from both product and development into design and research activities allows me to demonstrate the rationales behind design decisions to allow stakeholders to see the value UX work brings to a team.

Creating a shared level of understanding about workflows ahead of time reduces rework from both design and development perspectives.

Goal-Oriented

When people use products, they have goals in mind, not tasks. I always start designing a product with users' goals in mind, which ultimately makes companies succeed.
